Spark Tower is a high-rise structure foreseen to comprise office lease spaces in Sin El Fil/Horch Tabet area in Beirut, Lebanon. It has a strategic position within Beirut City given that it next to Habtoor Tower, Hilton Hotel and other public and urban developments. Spark Tower comprises 6 basement floors, a ground floor, a first floor, a typical (2nd to 17th), an 18th floor, and a 13th technical floor.

All the tower envelope is composed of 5000sqm  of curtain wall 5400 VEC with 400sqm of louvers and 600sqm of fire rated ACP.

The curtain wall is composed of only 2 modules : one module comprising a fixed huge panel of dimension 3m(H) x 1.5 m (W) and one module comprising a window of dimension 2m (H) x 1.5m (W) and a lower fixed panel of dimension 1m(W) x 1.5m(H).

The curtain wall was installed in a record time of 6 months with 6 electrical platforms distributed on all its façades and in a highly precised maner so that you can easily distinguish the equality and the straightness of the glass.
